Right in the middle of the island in Phan Sai Road, also known as Elephant Road,  Sunrise Hill is placed in a very strategic position 800 meter from the east coast (sunrise coast) and 3.5 km from Long Beach also known as Prae Ae, a cosmopolitan area with deep water, Sunrise Hill is placed in the middle of a natural rain forest. It has in the neighborhood a national forest to the north and west border, privately owned land on the east border and a government road on the south border and national forest bordering the road. This position between national forests gives Sunrise Hill not only a sense of exclusivity but also avoids mass construction in the neighborhood in the future. The valley divides east and west coast and has good air circulation throughout the year, plus the land plots are positioned on a hill in order to create villas at different levels for privacy and good air circulation.

As of 2023, 4 land plots have been sold and 2 villas have been completed. Beside you see the masterplan for the available land plots with the designed villas & townhouses available for sale.

A rare feature of this project is, that each villa sits on its own land plot so each unit can be sold with an individual peace of land (free hold).
