Tesco Lotus operates in five formats: Extra, Hypermarket, Department Store, Talad, and Express. Talad ('market') is a "supermarket format" that mainly sells groceries, while Express is a small convenience store format. Many of the products sold at Tesco Lotus are the company's own house brand products.

Mother Supermarche has evolved to offer a diverse range of products, including baby products, facial cleansers, imported meats and cheeses, beer, wine, and much more. The company has also expanded to include four additional stores, each with its own unique specialty offerings.
