7 Eleven

7 Eleven (II)

In June 1989, the first 7-Eleven store opened on Patpong Road in Bangkok. With a small concept and great success, around ten thousand 7-Eleven stores are now in operation across the country. Their basic American idea may be controversial, but in Thailand the corner store has long since become a substitute for the kiosk, kiosk or gas station for many people.

Tesco Lotus Express

Tesco Lotus operates in five formats: Extra, Hypermarket, Department Store, Talad, and Express. Extra, Hypermarket, and Department Store formats offer a wide range of products, including fresh food, prepared foods, grocery items, and non-food items such as electrical appliances, clothing, toys, stationery, and household goods. Talad ('market') is a "supermarket format" that mainly sells groceries, while Express is a small convenience store format. Many of the products sold at Tesco Lotus are the company's own house brand products.
